Abe Sanchez is a national expert on Native American Arts who has lectured extensively about traditional Native skills. He will demonstrate the ancient art of basket weaving and display hand-crafted native basketry. Based on skills handed down from generation to generation, his cooking and basket weaving are widely acclaimed. He will also prepare a special dish for sampling using wild organic mesquite bean flour from the Seri Indians.
